Pickups + Shipping + Returns

IN STORE PICKUPS

Items purchased online for in store pickup must be picked up at the store location you selected at checkout within 30 days or your order will be donated. 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Items purchased online to be shipped will ship within 1-2 business days of the placed order. Orders are shipped via USPS for most flat rate items and UPS for home and gift items.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES: If you receive your order and it has been damaged, please email us at info@shoplucyrose.com within 5 days of receiving your order and we will file a claim accordingly with the shipping carrier. If you believe your item has been lost, please email us at info@shoplucyrose.com within 14 days of receiving a shipping confirmation so we can file a claim and follow the proper guidelines by the shipping carrier. Shipping carriers claims for lost packages cannot be processed until 20 days after the shipping date. 

Orders can be shipped on Saturdays but extra fees may be applied. Orders will NOT be shipped on Sundays or Holidays.

We also offer IN STORE pick up at all of our locations for our local customers. Select "In Store Pickup" at checkout to pick up your items. Bring a copy of your order and a photo ID to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 calendar days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

***STORE CREDIT ONLY***
  • For unworn/unused merchandise with tags intact and accompanied with a receipt bought IN STORE or ONLINE may be returned or exchanged for store credit only.
  • Items purchased IN STORE,  the return window is 10 DAYS from purchase date.
  • Items purchased ONLINE being shipped, delivered, or picked up in store may be exchanged or returned within 14 DAYS from purchase date.

    We offer free return shipping on flat rate items. Once your return request is received and approved, you will have 3 days to ship the item(s) back to our mailing address: 600 Metairie Road, Suite A, Metairie, LA 70005. After 3 days, the return label will be cancelled. If for any reason the post office accepts a cancelled label, $9.99 will be deducted from your available store credit once we receive the item(s). Once we received your return item, we will credit your account and email you a receipt.
  • Breakable items that wish to be returned must be packaged and shipped professionally at buyers expense. 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For Shipped or Delivery Web Orders: Orders may be cancelled within the same day the order is placed. Note: This only applies to orders that have NOT been shipped out. Once orders have been shipped, you can not cancel the order. 
  • For Store Pick Up Web Orders: Same policy as "Shipped Web Orders" applies. If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at info@shoplucyrose.com. Please include your NAME and WEB ORDER NUMBER.

Accessories & Jewelry may be returned within 10 days from purchase date for store credit only if purchased as a gift. IT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A GIFT RECEIPT FOR EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT.
