Lucy Rose is an upscale women's boutique carrying home decor + gifts, woman’s apparel + accessories, and baby. We have locations on Metairie Rd. and Magazine Street. We are seeking a Retail Stylist to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team and much more... This position will require 25 to 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities: Make Sales Goals • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting • Resolving customer service issues and keeping our customers happy

Qualifications: • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and communication skills • Strong leadership qualities • Organized • Works well with others and enjoys talking with people

Compensation will be discussed during the in-person interview. Competitive Pay and Store Discount

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time (hourly pay + commission)

Availability: Monday-Friday and rotating weekends. Availability to work at either store location!
