Refund policy
ONLINE ORDERS:

SHIPPED ORDERS are eligible for a REFUND within 7 days of delivery date to the original payment method. Any orders returned between 7-14 days after delivery date are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All shipped orders must be shipped back to our headquarters location. To start a return, click here. Once your return has been accepted within the first 7 days from the delivery day, you then have 2 days to ship out the package for a refund. If your return was accepted and you received a return label between 7-14 days after delivery date, you will have 2 days to ship back the package for store credit. There will be a return shipping label fee deducted from your refund or store credit. If you have already been approved for a return request and decide later to return other items in your order and request another return on the same order, an additional $8.99 will be deducted from your refund or store credit. If a shipped order is returned to one of our stores, it is eligible only for store credit. If an item is shipped back and does not meet our return requirements, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense or up to a 40% restocking fee.
- EXCHANGES: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above. Then place a new order for the item you would like in exchange. If you need to apply a prior discount, please email us at info@shoplucyrose.com.

IN STORE PICKUP ORDERS are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of purchase date. Online orders for in store pickup will be ready for pickup in 2-4 business days. You will receive a email and/or text when your order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up at the store location you selected at checkout within 30 days or your order will be taken to our headquarters location and after 90 days your order will be donated. In store pickup orders will only be accepted for return at our store locations.
- SALE/DISCOUNTED items are considered FINAL SALE if the discount is greater than 20%.

SHIPPING
Free shipping on orders over $200. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS or UPS. Orders are only shipped Monday-Friday before 11am each day.
DAMAGED ORDERS: Please email info@shoplucyrose.com with your name, order number, & picture of damaged item within 5 days of receiving your order. We will file a claim accordingly with the shipping carrier.
LOST ORDERS: Please email us at info@shoplucyrose.com within 14 days of receiving a shipping confirmation. We will file a claim and follow the proper guidelines by the shipping carrier. Shipping carriers claims for lost packages cannot be processed until 20 days after the shipping date. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
EXPEDITED ORDERS: We offer expedited 2 day shipping option for $15. If you need something sooner, please email info@shoplucyrose.com with your name and order number within the same day of order. Please include if you would like overnight shipping. We will immediately respond and invoice you for the remaining expedited shipping cost you owe.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SHIPPING Unfortunately at this time, some of the larger home and gift items are not available for shipping on our website but are available for in store pickup. All items not eligible for shipping state so in their product description. If you would like to have one of these items shipped, please email us at info@shoplucyrose.com and we will invoice you for the correct shipping rate.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
- SHIPPED ORDERS may be cancelled within the same day only if the order has not already been shipped. Once orders have been shipped, you can not cancel the order. If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at info@shoplucyrose.com. Please include your name and order number.
