EASY, SIMPLE SET-UP
We recommend using the Holiball® Fast Flow Inflator to inflate each ornament. They can be inflated using most household electric air pump or air compressor. Once full to firm, you can easily place in the the Holiball® Hanger Plug and add the Holiball® Topper. All that's left is hanging or placing your Holiball® to immediately transform your space.

Shipping + Returns

Free shipping on flat-rate orders over $150. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS or UPS. Orders are only shipped Monday-Friday before 11am each day.

SHIPPED ORDERS are eligible for a REFUND within 7 days of purchase date to the original payment method. Any orders returned between 7-14 days after purchase date are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

IN STORE PICKUP ORDERS are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of purchase date. Online orders for in store pickup will be ready for pickup in 1-3 business days. You will receive an email and/or text when your order is ready for pickup.
